How do you handle data privacy and security?

AR Phoenix starts from your data classification policy. Sensitive data is handled exclusively through self-hosted or VPC-isolated model deployments. For non-sensitive workflows we work with API providers that have explicit no-training-data agreements in place. Client data is strictly isolated — AR Phoenix never co-mingles data across engagements.

AR Phoenix engagements follow a standard timeline: 2-week Diagnose, 6–12 weeks Build, then an ongoing operate retainer. Smaller workflow projects can complete in 4 weeks. Large multi-system integrations typically take 4–6 months. We scope before we price — the 20-minute consultation is where that starts.

Do you stay involved after the system is running?

Yes — AR Phoenix stays involved after the system is running, and recommends it. AI systems drift over time: model providers update, your data evolves, new edge cases emerge in production. The AR Phoenix operate retainer is how we keep the system performing against the original KPIs after go-live. You are not buying a deliverable; you are buying a system that runs.

How do you decide whether to use your products or build something custom?

AR Phoenix offers two paths. If your needs align with our products — Kora for customer service, CorporateHub for SME operations — we customise from there, which reduces time to go-live and simplifies maintenance. If your requirements are specific to your business, AR Phoenix builds fully custom. We recommend what is right for the project, not what is easier to sell.

What happens when something breaks after go-live?
